Minutes of December 12, 1999

The minutes were read and accepted without change. Proctor motioned and Moser seconded.

It was discussed that Mr. Gomez became the three building representative since Mr. Lambert transferred of f the unit.

Motion by Mr. Malek to place three and seven building openings up for sign-up.

Motion by Mr. Phillips to place a priority on someone who loses his seat due to a building change. Motion denied by a 6—4 vote.

Music director, Mr. Zuniga asked for a sign-up for drummer and keyboard. Mr Malek motioned, it was seconded and passed.

Mr. Phillips brought up the Agape problem again. Mr Tolle suggested Monday groupings could do posters like we did during our walk. Mr. Proctor motioned and Moser seconded. Mr Hernandez amended it to include the Monday after the second Saturday. Mr. Tolle seconded and the motion passed.

Under old business it was discussed to reiterate the circling of chairs.

The I.D. cards were discussed, Reb is working on it. The "Other" category for the choosing of Rectors was discussed. Mr. McFarland has yet to address the issue with the Deacon. Mr. Proctor brought up the issue of holding two positions at one time on the various counsels. After a heated discussion centering on the Agape committee and the addition of the issue of terms of office, the issue was motioned by Mr. Phillips to table until it became an issue. This was passed since the Agape committee only had one member who wasn’t serving on the inside counsel.
