1. The steward that will be working with you needs to be shown/told when the banner and charts need to go up.

2, The steward needs to be told where you would like the banners to be hung.

3. The next thing is to get out of the steward's way and allow him to do the job.

You need to make sure that he understands what talk is going on when, make sure that the person giving the talk is ready and has his charts, if any ready.

The only other thing is to go over the agape from all over the world with the rector, so he is only speaking on the one's (posters) he is familiar with.

The only other thing that I can think of is to put 'agape' in His Hands and get out of the way......
