 Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

 Hughes # 14 will be held in Gatesville from March 18 — 21, 2004. I am writing to provide information regarding the weekend and to invite you to prayerfully consider serving as a team member during that weekend.

 This invitation is going to team members that have served in the past and to prospective new team members who have expressed an interest in serving. Past team members please contact me as soon as possible about your interest to serve.

 If you are a prospective new team member, I ask that you complete the TEAM APPLICATION enclosed and return it to me as soon as possible. Complete the VOLUNTEER SERVICES APPLICATION and mail it as indicated. Please do thisquickly to allow processing and scheduling to attend training.

 Please be mindful that attendance at team meetings is very important to the formation of a team focused on God’s ministry.

 MEETING DATES AND LOCATIONS:

 1.   The first two meetings will be held on January 17 and January 24 at the First United Methodist Church in Marble Falls. The church is located at 1101 Bluebonnet Drive just off HWY 1436.

2.   The next two meetings will be held on February 7 and February 28 at The Church of the Springs in Dripping Springs. •The church is located on S. Canyonwood Drive just off Hwy 290 West.

3.   The final meeting will be in Gatesville at the Gatesville United Methodist Church beginning on Wednesday evening March 17 and Thursday morning March 18.

 If you are unable to serve, you can still be involved through your prayers, contributions, letters, posters, and cookies. We are always happy to receive sponsorships for the residents. I would ask that each of you support us in prayer beginning today.
