  Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I pray this note finds you in the loving embrace of Christ.

It seems as though we've just finished the wonderful work of
Hughes #17 and the great success of the Lord's ministry of light
illuminating the hearts and minds of those in need. The last two
and a half months have flown by for me and I'm sure for some of
you as well. It is time now to start the process of team
building for the spring weekend that is scheduled for April 19th
 - 23rd. That is the weekend after Easter. I have already set the
dates for the meetings and want you to have them now so you can
mark your calender. The Saturday team meeting DATES are:

January 21st at Dripping Springs UMC
February 18th at Marble Falls 1st UMC
March 11th at Marble Falls 1st UMC
April 1st at Dripping Springs UMC
 April 20th at Gatesville UMC

The TIMES for the first four meetings will be to gather at 8:30AM
and begin at 9:00 and should wrap up by 2:00PM.

If you know of someone that wants to work this weekend and want
them to receive a letter of invitation in the mail, please e
mail me their NAME and physical ADDRESS so I can make sure they
receive an invitation. I need these ASAP as I am going to mail
out invitations next week. I will be sending one to you as well
and they will include an application you or someone you know can
use. We have had small teams the last couple years and must
build the team up for the continued success of this ministry.
Besides your continued devoted participation; diverse ethnicity,
clergy and musicians are needed. But mostly we need a larger
 team. This is very important.

Thank you all for the blessing and honor to serve our Lord with
you. My depth of gratitude for your devotion to this work knows
no bounds. We all want His kingdom to come on earth and this
ministry is helping to bring it about in a tangible and powerful
 way.

On a personal note, I want to thank each of you for your prayers
for my family in our time of loss of two family members over the
last couple months. The Lord has made himself known numerous
times in the process and how sweet is His blessed presence as
 I'm sure you know.

May each of you feel the grace of His light and love this holiday
season and may you remain safe in the embrace of his loving
 care.

Sincerely your brother and servant for Hughes Kairos #18,

 David Doonan
