Team meetings will be at Northwest Hills United Methodist Church, in Austin, Texas (look down for a map and directions). I have enclosed a
map and directions right after the team application, in this Email. Meeting times and dates are:
January 20th 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
February 10th 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
February 24th 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
April 21st 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
These meeting dates were carefully chosen to avoid as many conflicts as possible. I apologize that one of the dates is a 2nd Saturday; if you
feel called to go to Hughes on that date, just let me know. I believe that we are going to be served lunch at meetings 1 - 4, so please keep me
informed if you will not be able to attend one of the meetings.
Our final team meeting will be at our host church in Gatesville, on May 3rd.
Please give prayerful consideration to serving on this weekend. Let me know of your decision by mailing your application as soon as possible,
